Ingredients

1 237-mL bottle chilled Vanilla Glucerna

125 mL (1/2 cup) crushed pineapple canned in light syrup, drained

1 mL (1/4 tsp) vanilla extract

1 mL (1/4 tsp) coconut extract

5 ice cubes

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a large glass and serve.
