Makes 12 10-cm (4-inch) pancakes
Ingredients
1 237-mL bottle Vanilla Glucerna
250 mL (1 cup) pancake mix
1 egg
15 mL (1 Tbsp) melted butter
15 mL (1 Tbsp) water

Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir to moisten.
- Pour batter onto hot, lightly-greased skillet. Turn when bubbles appear and underside of pancakes are golden brown.
- Serve immediately with maple syrup, fresh fruit or fruit sauce.
- Optional: Drop blueberries or banana slices in batter while cooking (not calculated in Nutrition Facts).
