How much prebiotics do I
need?
Ensure Prebiotics contains 3 g of NutraFlora scFOS in only one bottle — a
dosage of 3 g/day of scFOS has been demonstrated to have beneficial positive
effects on gut flora. Tolerance to prebiotics may differ from one person to
another. You may want to start with a small dose of 1 g per day (75 mL of
Ensure Prebiotics per day), and then slowly increase the dosage as per your
tolerance to help your gastrointestinal tract get used to the prebiotics’
effects.
